These support group initiatives promote a sense of community, compassion, and understanding among members by sharing experiences, challenges, successes, and receiving guidance on different wellness-related topics and dimensions, including health management and holistic nutrition.
Grounded on family dynamic principles, our members receive direction to strengthen family bonds and promote a supportive and nurturing home environment. At these online gatherings, parents and caregivers share experiences, overcome challenges, and grow together.
This group supports education professionals who seek guidance in their professional practices. It is a nurturing community where our members share experiences, develop strategies, and lay out a roadmap to handle difficult work situations, establish effective routines, and attain a greater sense of personal and professional confidence.
This support group is open to adult members at request only. A maximum of 10 participants are allowed per cohort, and the online meetings are held once a week for four to six weeks. The group dynamics are facilitated by a moderator and centered on needs assessment, goal setting, action planning, follow-up, and final feedback on a specific topic of common interest.
This support group was created to promote mindfulness, grounding techniques, and stress management practices, including calming meditations and breathing exercises. Members facing high levels of stress can find work-life balance and inner peace by regularly engaging with all the benefits this support circle offers.
This support group offers comfort and restorative guidance for members experiencing loss and grief in any context, including the passing of a loved one, a divorce, a break-up, or the loss of a job. Together, we explore self-healing, practice self-care, and navigate the gradual steps needed to rebuild their lives and sense of self during the transition. Stress management techniques are also discussed to calm the nervous system and improve sleep quality.
We provide....
We provide children and teenager members with a dynamic, nurturing environment designed to foster connection, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities through engaging and structured activities. We serve two groups: one focused on foundational social skills for children ages 6-11, and the other centered on advanced interpersonal skills for teenagers ages 12-17.

This initiative provides our members with a series of online self-paced courses focused on parenting, family, and child support. Developmental and learning difficulties in physical, cognitive, communicative, and social-emotional areas are explored with an if-then practical intervention perspective. Effective approaches on family dynamics and child growth in family and social contexts are also reviewed from an educational standpoint. In addition, members enjoy full access to our larger online community of families and unlimited participation in our monthly support groups.

Our Child Holistic Intervention, Learning & Development collaboratives consists of monthly one-hour online PD sessions for educators in public and private schools including teachers, interventionists, specialists, and private practice providers. These sessions are diagnostic and prescriptive in nature, and cover if-then structured intervention approaches from a neurodevelopmental perspective. Members engage in live meetings once a month from October through April. Additionally, they are able to enjoy year-round benefits of our larger online community of educators, including their participation in our monthly "Teaching Together" mentoring circle.
