Please specify your needs and goals on the comments section regarding one of the wellness dimensions, and I will put you on a wait list. When I have the minimum number of participants sharing the same need, I will open the mentoring round table that will meet online once a week for a few weeks for 60 minutes each time. This will be a highly interactive group where all participants will openly share and discuss personal situations, concerns, needs, and goals as we listen and learn from each other. I will act as the mediator and advisor who will boost your self-confidence to solve your problem and achieve holistic well-being. Plans of action will also be discussed and put in place as our mentoring sessions progress.

Price for 5-10 participants: $70 each per session
